Where can bus ticket be returned?

You can return transport tickets in the Transport ticket returns section or via the link in the ticket confirmation email.

Bus tickets can be returned personally to Riga International bus terminal hall administrator, Pragas street 1 if more than 2 hours left until the departure from start stop of the bus.

Money will be returned on buyer’s bank account.

In case, there is bought one e-ticket for several passengers, it is possible to return whole e-ticket only.
