You can download the ticket invoice yourself. The e-mail with which you received the tickets contains a link that takes you to an invoice template where you can enter your company details. Save them and download the invoice.

Also, tickets and invoices can always be found in the "Lost or not received ticket" help section of our website, where you can find the ticket and invoice by entering the purchase data from the bank.
