What percentage of the ticket value will be returned?

Returning e-ticket:

- passenger receives 75% of the value of intercity bus tickets and up to 80% of the value of international bus tickets, if the ticket is returned more than 2 hours before departure from start stop of the bus.

Commission fee is not returned.
