On July 2, the Latvian Blues Band will perform at the MASA jazz club together with special guest Anthony Basso from Italy.
The Latvian Blues Band's sound is based on the blues traditions of Chicago and Texas, complemented by soul, funk and rock influences. The program will feature both original compositions and interpretations of blues classics, maintaining an energetic and authentic concert sound.
The evening's special guest Anthony Basso is a guitarist, singer and songwriter from Italy, who is considered one of the brightest new generation rock blues artists. His music combines Southern rock, blues, soul and Americana elements, inspired by groups such as The Allman Brothers Band, Gov't Mule, ZZ Top and The Black Crowes. For more than twenty years, he has performed on many stages in Europe and the USA, collaborating with prominent blues and rock artists.
